2. Free Trial

a. We provide new Users with a free trial to acquaint themselves with the Service's features and benefits.

b. Details regarding the trial's duration are communicated at the registration stage. Once the trial ends, standard subscription fees will be applicable unless the User chooses to terminate their subscription.

3. Subscription & Payment

a. The Service is available at $9 per month, billed periodically.

b. All payments made to the Company are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where Users opt not to use the Service for a complete billing period, have unused periods within their subscription, or if their accounts are temporarily or permanently suspended due to any breach of these terms.

c. Payment methods will be detailed during the subscription process, and it is the User's responsibility to ensure timely payments to avoid service interruption.

4. User Responsibilities

a. By using the Service, Users grant Instanews.ai and its parent Company explicit consent to access and leverage their public Instagram feed for content generation.

b. The final content approval rests solely with the User. They must ensure thorough review and confirmation of content before it is made live on their respective websites.

c. Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account and shall abide by all applicable local and international laws in relation to their use of the Service.

5. Content Ownership

a. Although the Service generates content derived from the User’s Instagram posts, the original material, inclusive of images, captions, and any other intellectual property, remains under the ownership of the User.

b. We do not claim any rights over the content produced or the source material from Instagram.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or representations of any kind, explicit or implicit.

b. We do not assure that the Service will always be secure, error-free, or timely in its operations. Nor do we guarantee that the content produced will always be without inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

7. Termination

a. The Company retains the right to suspend, limit, or terminate User accounts that are found to be in breach of these terms.

b. Users can choose to end their subscription at any time. However, any payments made prior to this decision are non-refundable.

8. Changes to Terms

a. We hold the right to modify these terms and conditions periodically. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.

b. In cases where revisions substantially alter User rights, appropriate notifications will be sent out. Continued use of the Service post such changes signifies User consent to the amended terms.
